On May 8, 2012, Ebix, Inc. (“Ebix or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for its most recent fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2012. A copy of the related press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
