Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
During May 2012, officers of AMERIGROUP Corporation (the "Company") expect to participate in presentations and meetings with securities analysts and investors, including presentations at the Deutsche Bank Securities 37th Annual Health Care Conference at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on May 8th in Boston, Massachusetts and the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2012 Health Care Conference at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on May 15th in Las Vegas, Nevada. During these meetings, the Company’s officers will discuss, among other things, the Company’s 2012 outlook parameters, quarterly progression during 2012 of earnings and other parameters, the Company’s projected use of capital during 2012 and opportunities for growth. A copy of the Company’s slide presentation, which will be used in the aforementioned presentations and meetings, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
