On May 3, 2012, Scientific Learning Corporation (the “Company”) announced via press release the Company’s results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2012. After release, the Company discovered an error in one date in the press release and issued a correction. A copy of the Company’s press release correcting the error is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
