On April 30, 2012, Northwest Pipe Company (the “Company”) held a telephone conference call (the “Earnings Conference Call”) to discuss its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2011, which were announced in a press release issued April 27, 2012. A copy of the transcript of the Earnings Conference Call is filed herewith as Exhibit No. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
