Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On May1, 2012, Christian Gomez was appointed to serve as our Chief Financial Officer, Principal Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer.
There are no family relationships between Mr. Gomez and any other of our directors or executive officers.
Mr. Gomez has had no material direct or indirect interest in any of the Company’s transactions since the beginning of the Company’s last fiscal year or in any currently proposed transaction. At this time, we do not have any employment agreement with Mr Gomez.
Mr. Gomez earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management with a finance major from Ryerson University, Toronto ,Canada in 2007. Mr. Gomez was an account manager at RBC Financial Group from December 2007 to February 2009; Marketing Manager at Banks Schwartz and Levine, Medllin, Colombia, March 2009 to October 2010; and has served as a Financial Consultant at Greenhill Administrative Services based in Colombia, since November 2010.
