Horizon Bancorp (the “Company”) intends to present financial and other information to the Company’s shareholders at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 3, 2012. The slides for the presentation are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and are incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
