Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 30, 2012, the Partnership issued two press releases relating to an incident at its Phoenix-Arrington Ranch processing facility in the Texas Panhandle. Copies of the press releases are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
