Section 7 – Regulation FD
Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 26, 2012, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it has funded a $25.0 million participation in a $2 billion Senior Notes offering by Everest Acquisition LLC. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
In the same press release, the Registrant also announced that it plans to report its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 on May 8, 2012. The text of the press release is also included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
