On April 26, 2012, Camden Property Trust (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. This press release refers to supplemental financial information available on the Company’s website. Copies of the press release and the supplemental information are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this report.
