Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 25, 2012, SureWest Communications issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable as of June 15, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
