ITEM 8.01 Other Events.
On April 24, 2012 the Company was notified that David B. Strecker, Vice President of Engineering and a key employee of the Comany, was resigning to pursue professional opportunities outside the Company. To assist in transition, Mr. Strecker will remain with the Company until May 8, 2012. The Company is beginning the process of replacing Mr. Strecker immediately.
