On April 24, 2012, Buckeye Technologies Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.08 per common share payable on June 15, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as exhibit 99.1.
