(b) Effective April 19, 2012, John F. Haumesser resigned from his position as Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Associated Materials, LLC (the “Company”). The Company has agreed, for purposes of Mr. Haumesser’s Employment Agreement, dated October 13, 2010, to treat Mr. Haumesser’s resignation in the same manner as if he were terminated without “Cause”.
Kristen Greger, the Company’s Director of Human Resources – U.S. Operations, is acting as interim V.P. of Human Resources until a permanent replacement is appointed.
