Item 2.02:              Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On April 25, 2012, Appliance Recycling Centers of America, Inc. announced it will report its first quarter 2012 financial results after the market closes on May 7, 2012.  The Company will hold a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Central Time on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 to discuss the financial results for the first quarter of 2012.
