Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 19, 2012, Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing completion of the Endako mill expansion project and preliminary first quarter 2012 production and cash cost results. Furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report is a copy of the Press Release.
