On April 20, 2012, MRC Global Inc. announced that it will release its first quarter 2012 financial results on Friday, May 4, 2012. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Monday, May 7, 2012, to discuss the results for the quarter. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the announcement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
