On April 19, 2012, Taylor Capital Group, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release setting forth the Registrant’s financial results for the three month period ended March 31, 2012. A copy of the Registrant’s press release was filed separately on Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission. On April 19, 2012, the Registrant will host a telephone call to review the results. The presentation materials relating to the earnings release call are available on the Registrant’s website, www.taylorcapitalgroup.com, and are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and are incorporated by reference.
