Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 16, 2012, Supreme Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that it expects to report its unaudited results for the 2012 first quarter after the market closes on April 19, 2012 and that it expects its 2012 first quarter will be its third consecutive quarter of profitability. A copy of the Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02. The foregoing description of the Press Release is qualified in its entirety by reference to Exhibit 99.1.
