On April 19, 2012, at 5:15 p.m. EDT, PROLOR Biotech, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), is presenting certain slides (the “Presentation”) at the 5th Diabetes Drug Discovery and Development conference in Boston, Massachusetts. A copy of the Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference in this Item 7.01.
