On April 17, 2012, Telik, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it received notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market that Telik has regained compliance with the minimum bid price rule for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The foregoing description is qualified in its entirety by reference to Telik’s press release dated April 17, 2012, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
