On April 16, 2012, NewMarket Corporation, a Virginia corporation, issued a press release announcing that it has redeemed all outstanding 7.125% Senior Notes due 2016 (the “Senior Notes”), representing an aggregate principal amount of $150 million.
A copy of the press release has been filed as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
