Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 16, 2012, ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
