Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 14, 2012, at a MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”)sales leader event in Boca Raton, Florida, Michael Hansen, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company announced that the Company intends to make a listing application with NASDAQ during 2012.
On April 16, 2012 the Company published Mr. Hansen’s announcement in a press release that is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this Form 8-K.
