Item 8.01. Other Events.
On April 16, 2012, Associated Banc-Corp issued a news release announcing that it had named Randall J. Erickson to the role of Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Associated Banc-Corp, Associated Bank, National Association, and Associated Trust Company, National Association. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
