Item 8.01. Other Events
On April 12, 2012, Mitek Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it filed a patent infringement lawsuit against United Services Automobile Association (USAA) in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. The full text of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
