On April 12, 2012, Carmike Cinemas, Inc. issued a press release announcing its intention to refinance its existing indebtedness through a private offering of senior secured notes, in the aggregate principal amount of $210 million, and to enter into a new $25 million senior secured revolving credit facility. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
