Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective April 10, 2012, William L. Sklar resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Arrayit Corporation (the “Company”). Rene Schena, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, has assumed Mr. Sklar’s duties and responsibilities.
