Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 10, 2012, the Registrant issued a press release to announce the Registrant’s confirmation of the spud date for the Cremer 1-1 well on the Dansville Prospect in Michigan. A copy of the release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
