On April 5, 2012, U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that R. Dale Lynch, Vice President of Finance, will leave the Company effective immediately to pursue other opportunities. No decisions have been made at this time with respect to compensation arrangements as a result of this decision, but any required compensation information will be disclosed by the Company once determined.
