As previously disclosed, effective April 2, 2012, David S. Miller was elected as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Exterran GP LLC, replacing J. Michael Anderson, who previously served in that position. Also on April 2, 2012, Mr. Anderson resigned as a member of the board of directors of Exterran GP LLC.
Exterran GP LLC is the general partner of Exterran General Partner, L.P., which is the general partner of Exterran Partners, L.P.
