Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 30, 2012, rVue Holdings, Inc. (“rVue”) issued a press release regarding rVue’s financial results for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2011, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
