Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 29, 2012, Global Axcess Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), announced its results of operations for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the related press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. The earnings release contains non-GAAP financial measures. EBITDA has been presented in order to assist in the analysis of the operating profitability of the Company because the Company believes this form of measurement eliminates the effects of non-operating expenses and non-cash charges. Management reviews this form of measurement monthly.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 29, 2012, the Company posted to its corporate website a presentation to be given by the management of the Company to investors in connection with the a conference call on March 29, 2012 at 10 a.m., local time, to discuss financial results for the year ended December 31, 2011.
A copy of management’s presentation slides are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
