Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 27, 2012, Zoltek Companies, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing that it is working with Magna Exteriors and Interiors under an exclusive global collaborative partnership to speed development of low-cost carbon fiber sheeting molding compounds for the automotive industry. A copy of the press release is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit 99.1. The information in this Item 7.01 of Form 8-K, including Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto, shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section.
