On March 27, 2012, we announced in a press release the pricing of a private offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 7.00% Senior Notes due 2022. The aggregate principal amount of notes to be issued in the offering increased from the $250 million amount previously announced on March 27, 2012. The offering is expected to close on April 10, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
