          On March 27, 2012, FieldPoint Petroleum Corporation (NYSE AMEX FPP) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Warrants recently issued to its shareholders as a dividend may begin trading on the American Stock Exchange as symbol (FPP WS). .  A copy of the press release is filed herewith.
