BARCLAYS CAPITAL 2012 HIGH YIELD BOND AND SYNDICATED LOAN CONFERENCE

EL PASO, Texas—March 26, 2012—Western Refining, Inc. (NYSE:WNR) announced today that Company management will present at the Barclays Capital 2012 High Yield Bond and Syndicated Loan Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. The presentation is currently scheduled for Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at 2:30 pm ET and will be webcast live.
