Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 26, 2012, Benihana Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has authorized and declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.08 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable in cash on April 23, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 6, 2012. The Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
