As disclosed in the Company’s press release on March 19, 2012, effective March 19, 2012, Nikhil Varty, formerly the Vice President, Compression and Braking of WABCO Holdings Inc. (the “Company”), has been promoted and will assume the duties and title of Vice President, Americas and Mergers & Acquisitions. As disclosed in the Company’s press release on March 19, 2012, effective March 19, 2012, Michael Thompson will assume the duties and title of Vice President, Compression and Braking of the Company.
