Item 8.01 Other Events
On March 20, 2012, the Board of Directors of Horizon Bancorp (the “Company”) approved an increase in the Company’s quarterly cash dividend from 12 cents to 13 cents per share payable on April 20, 2012 to shareholders of record on April 6, 2012. Additional information about the dividend increase is included in the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
