MainSource Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) is providing a press release issued by the U.S. Department of the Treasury regarding its intention to sell its preferred stock investment in the Company made under the Troubled Asset Relief Program’s (TARP) Capital Purchase Program (CPP).
