On March 14, 2012, The Providence Service Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release containing certain financial information for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2011 and provided revenue and earnings guidance for 2012. A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
