Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 13, 2012, Xilinx, Inc. issued a press release announcing an increase in the quarterly dividend from $0.19 to $0.22 per common share for the first quarter of fiscal 2013, payable on June 6, 2012. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
