Halcón Resources to Transfer Listing to the New York Stock Exchange
March 13, 2012 Halcón Resources Corporation (NASDAQ: HK) today announced its pending transfer of the listing of its common stock from the NASDAQ Global Market (NASDAQ) to the New York Stock Exchange
(NYSE). The Company expects to begin trading on the NYSE on March 26, 2012, under its current ticker symbol HK. Halcón Resources common stock will continue to trade on the NASDAQ until the transfer is
