First Business Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on March 13, 2012 announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2012 to shareholders of record on April 1, 2012. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
