On March 12, 2012, Exar Corporation (the “Company”) will conduct meetings with institutional investors at a financial conference hosted by ROTH Capital Partners. Furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is the material Exar Corporation will be using during the sessions. The Company is also making the material to be used in the sessions available in advance of the meetings on its website, http://www.exar.com.
