Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 9, 2012, Bottomline Technologies (de), Inc. completed its acquisition of substantially all of the assets and related operations of the commercial banking business of Intuit Inc., pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement dated March 5, 2012.
