Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
Amerityre Corporation is announcing the departure of James Moore, V.P. Engineering / Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Moore is leaving the Company to pursue other interests. Mr. Moore will continue to support Amerityre in the area of engineering on an as needed basis. CEO Tim Ryan has assumed the COO responsibilities. The transition of these responsibilities began three months ago and is now complete.
