On March 5, 2012, Key Energy Services, Inc. issued a press release to announce it has commenced an offering, through a private placement, of an additional $200 million in aggregate amount of its 6.750% Senior Notes due 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
