Item 8.01                                           Other Events

On February 15, 2012, the Company filed paperwork to claim an additional 700 hectares in Peru.  The acquisition of the additional claim increases the Company's total portfolio of properties to 1,900 hectares (or 4,695 acres) or approximately 19,000,000 square meters (or 7.3 square miles).
