On February 24, 2012, we received a notice of resignation from Jeffrey L. Horing resigning from our Board of Directors effective at the time of our next annual meeting of stockholders. We do not believe that Mr. Horing’s resignation was the result of any disagreement with us on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices.
